fix(metadata): restore RanobeDB file metadata and links #207 #210

Browse Source 
Preserve RanobeDB IDs through write-back, file import, and load-from-file so saved metadata survives round trips.

Expose saved RanobeDB sources in the book detail surfaces with the provider icon and database link.
