neon 09e4f1b5bd chore(deps): update minor and patch dependencies 
Bump every direct dependency to its newest same-major release, moving the
embedpdf patches and packageExtensions to 2.15.1 and deduping the lockfile.
Hold jsdom at 30.0 because 30.1 breaks vitest's URL.createObjectURL shim,
and skip releases still inside pnpm's minimum release age.

* fix(deps): complete the embedpdf 2.15.0 bump

Dependabot left @embedpdf/core and @embedpdf/plugin-scroll at 2.14.4 while
moving the other 18 packages to 2.15.0. core@2.14.4 pulls models@2.14.4, so
two copies of @embedpdf/models ended up in the tree; PdfTask carries a private
_promise, making them structurally incompatible and failing vue-tsc.

pnpm.patchedDependencies keys on an exact version, so bumping engines to
2.15.0 orphaned the patch key and silently dropped the wasmError rejection
patch, which embedpdf-worker.spec.ts exists to guard.

Bump the two stragglers, re-key the utils packageExtension, and rename the
three patches to 2.15.0. All three patch bodies apply unchanged.

- Create AladinProvider with IdentifiableProvider interface
