A Kobo dogear was stored as an empty yellow highlight. Land it as a BookOrbit bookmark linked to the device's id, serve it back as a dogear, sync deletions both ways, and move dogears already stored as highlights. Report only books on that Kobo from checkforchanges: a re-registered device was told about books it never had, so real changes were fetched outside its sync and never applied. Serve a known annotation at its last location instead of failing the whole pull when this copy cannot place it. Fixes #1374
