neon 0d426db88e fix(scanner): preserve separate books at the library root ...

Use file identities for root-level imports and renames to match scanner
grouping and prevent unrelated books from sharing metadata.
Cover repeated scans, metadata write-back, and stable reading and file
identities with regression tests.

Fixes #1599
