neon db3d1a07af fix(series): resolve missing series in koreader catalog by id ...

The KOReader plugin previously matched series by name, which caused
issues for series with identical names or special characters. This
updates the plugin and backend to use the exact series ID for
navigation and filtering, ensuring all series load reliably. Also
bumps the KOReader plugin version to 1.0.1.

Closes #466
