Mounting a persistent profile volume alone is **not enough** to keep you logged in. By default, Neko's browser policy clears cookies and sessions on shutdown. You must also update the policy file to allow persistent data — see [Allow persistent data in policies](#firefox-based) below.

## Browser Policy Files {#policy-files}
