feat(kobo): clarify collection sync requirement in settings

Browse Source 
Add a next steps checklist to the pairing success card and a permanent help card to the sync settings tab. Explain that books will only sync to the Kobo device if they are placed in a collection with Kobo sync enabled.

Closes #522
